Henry Hoffman is a photographer specialising in commercial food, food business and hospitality photography. He is passionate about food and drink - its role in life, our happiness and culture; how it affects our health and how its production impacts the world around us. He studied elements of food history, culture, science and production at the University of Gastronomic Sciences in Italy. Outside the realm of food and photography his skills are in data analysis, technology and communication.
He sometimes writes about food and food issues on his wordpress pages, adds stuff to Google+ and puts photos on his photo site and flickr. He has been adding his family tree to wikitree. He doesn't much like facebook.
He loves living, cooking and cycling in the warm sun but currently lives in cool, green Hampshire in the UK with his wife Caroline.
